The way to the high seat
Wet grass, mud along the track, branches at the ladder: in the last few metres to the stand, your rifle often takes more than during the whole drive. The case wraps closely around stock, action and scope and keeps out wet, dirt and scratches.
Once you’re up
- Draw the rifle from the open case – no zip, no noise.
- Fold the case once or twice.
- Place it on the seat board: neoprene insulates against cold and damp from below.
- After the sit, unload the rifle, slide it back in and climb down.
For long, cold sits
In autumn and winter you sit still for hours. A pad made of neoprene – the material of wetsuits – keeps out the cold of the wood. Since it comes up with your rifle anyway, you don’t need to carry an extra cushion.
